Objectives
What are you trying to accomplish with this site? How will you know if the project is successful?
Current site
What is successful about your site? Unsuccessful?
Audience
Who are the different audiences your site caters to? Why will people use your site? How do you imagine people using your site?
Content and Design
How would you like people to percieve the new site (e.g. fun, friendly, professional, modern, etc.)? Who are your competitors? List of sites that look good. What ideas do you have for the site?

Any extra information you might have.
